So I tried out Soapbox (http://soapbox.msn.com) today. It is the new service from MSN that is similar to YouTube. I must say that it seemed to work pretty well so far but to be frank I have not surfed on YouTube very much. Most times I have been there is when someone sends me a link and never to just "browse."

That said when I did go seeking some content I found the video below and it made me chuckle:

Justin is Famous

Well we knew it would happen before long but Justin is using his desire to help the world to kick off his career in print. Check out his article in the Tallahassee Democrat - http://www.tallahassee.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20060816/NEWS01/608160316/1010/NEWS17 I must say that it is a pretty cool article and from talking him they are doing a ton for cool stuff there with the "green" house that they are building. Hopefully he will get some plans and such online before too long and if you know someone that has $10K or $20K burning a hole in their pocket the house would be a great place to invest.

The article talks about how Justin and the guys he works with are helping FSU go green not just in their apparel (check out his picture!)

I thought Justin came off very well in the article and the final line of the article made me smile:

He added with glee, "The possibilities of these technologies are endless, the applications are as broad as your imagination."

BTW - If any one is interested Owen is now about 25.5 lbs and 30" long. He is standing up and can now grab at the door knobs. He is doing really well and we will take some new pictures soon.

I'm a slacker...

Mary Frances uploaded a bunch of new pictures at http://owenaugustine.spaces.live.com. I will try and post an update next week with pictures of the work that we recently had done to the house.

A huge thanks to my parents for getting all of the work done before the new carpet came. :-)

Owen goes to the beach!

Well, I maybe visiting ESPN (booyah!!) but I got to see some great pictures of Owen and Mary Frances enjoying the beach. They both are down a St. George having a nice time. Check out the pictures in the "Photos" section, but here is one of my favorites.

Snow time!

Back in February we got a big snowfall. If you click "full view" in the slideshow window to the left, you can see some pictures we took and read about our day! It was a lot of fun.

Razzmatazz!!!

So there was a lot of discussion about Owen's name before he was born. Giacomo Razzmatazz Kramer was in the running for quite a while! ;-) Fast forward to last Friday when I was on the plane between DC and Charlotte answering the Cranium questions on the screens in flight (as a result of the US Airways/America West merger it seems they have added Cranium - It is a pretty nice feature). One of the questions was about Crayola Crayon colors and there I found that there is a color called - Razzmatazz!! I almost laughed out loud but thought better of it.

So I had to check it out and found Crayola's Site - http://www.crayola.com/colorcensus/history/chronology.cfm It was added in 1993. Not sure how I feel about that actual color, but here is what they say it looks like:

It all just made me chuckle.
